Welcome to the Short Courses offered by the Centre Chronic Disease Control (CCDC). These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C.

Registration Policy:

To access the course content, you must register and pay the course fee. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. The fee for courses are listed on the course description page. Payments must be made through the available payment methods only. All fees are non-refundable.

You must notify us as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised use of your login credentials or any unethical activities at your dashboard.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate* your account and access to the platform if you violate these T&C or engage in any activities that may harm the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

*Termination of Account:

CCDC’s Short Courses will terminate a user’s access to the site, if

  • the User is a repeat copyright infringer;
  • the User breaches any terms of above mentioned ‘Terms and Conditions.’
  • Violation of any applicable laws of India;
  • Inappropriate/Unlawful behaviour by the user

Refund/Return Policy:

  • No Refund will be initiated once the user has successfully registered for the course.
  • CCDC reserves the right to cancel user registration in case of breach of the above mentioned terms and conditions and will not refund the registration fee.
